The Theme: Cosplay (The art of Costume Play)
Everyone likes to dress up in costumes, and our boys are no exception. Draw or write about your boys and any form of cosplay. It doesn't have to be immediately recognizable characters, it can be generic cosplay. (ex. nurse, catboy, teacher, etc.) Now dress up those boys and let the fun commence!
The Rules:
1. Only club members may enter the contest
2. Please draw/write about original yaoi characters only
3. Be sure to include the theme in your drawing
4. Follow DA's rules so no one gets banned (including the club)
5. Only one entry per person
6. Anything goes..poetry, drawings, stories etc.. coloured or not, either is fine.
7. Make sure the word 'Contest' is in your title somewhere so we know it's an entry.
8. HAVE FUN~!!!

The Prize: 1st place each get a 1-2 page comic from awesomeSammich of any subject of their choice.
Runner ups each get a chibi or bust drawing from awesomeSammich

Looking for New Admin to Take Care of Submissions
So I haven't been on DA since May. I've mostly moved to tumblr now but I don't want this club to die! Anyone out there willing to take over for submissions, and another person for contests? I'll still be around occasionally, but would like to pass this on to someone who can give it more time than I can.
Please message me personally if you're interested, with information about how often you're on DA, and why you'd like either position.

Problems with Submissions!
Hey there, everyone, it has come to my attention that there are certain folders that people can't submit into. I'm trying to work on the problem, but even I can't submit into them from the submission page. I know it might be a hassle, but if you want to submit into a certain folder, go to that folder in the club's gallery, and submit it from there. I'd love to see if that works, if not, I might have to remake the submission folders, or figure this out.

New Contest: Make some suggestions!
Since it has been around a year since our last and 10th contest, I think it is high time that we start up a new one!
This time, I would like help from the members to decide what our 11th competition will be based on.
This can help new and fresh ideas to be voiced and considered, and may inspire more members to participate.
So, please make some suggestions and voice your opinions, and the best liked will be put up for further approval for the club! As for prizes, features, and selection of the top submissions, these will be taken care of after we get the ball rolling.
